Here at balancenoosa we believe that dieting is nothing more than a stop-gap or bandaid that is used as a temporary, quickfix in what is usually a long-term lifestyle imbalance. We have created our 'Nutritional Profiling + Personal Program' sessions to assist you in what is more of a lifestyle makeover approach to nutrition. As a part of our 'Lifestyle makeover Program' or on it's own our nutritional profiling and re-programming sessions are a more balanced approach to getting healthy, through good nutrition for you and your family that will last a lifetime.
Whether your goal is to be and feel healthier, regain your vitality or to slim down, a good quality balanced nutritional program will do all of these things and give you the skills to last a lifetime, without ever resorting to dieting, or hard-to-follow 'special' programs ever again. Our focus is on lifetime health and a slim, energised body that will last you for the rest of your life.
We believe that along with giving you a nutritional program we need to coach and support you through the early phases as you pass through any roadblocks that may have held you back before. An integral part of our nutritional approach is to give you the coaching you may need to grow and achieve your health goals.
Nutritional Profiling + Personal Program
Nutritional Profiling: Our unique state of the art approach to assessing your health, family and personal background, to assist in designing your Personal Program. This will involve taking a medical history, getting some background on your family history and your nutritional history (any past dieting, likes and dislikes, cravings and past roadblocks, (things that might have stopped you from achieving your dietary goals in the past).
Personal Nutritional Program: Once we have taken your profile we will design a nutritional program in phases, so that you are not overwhelmed with too many changes all at once. This approach along with the coaching sessions (either by phone or in person) will assist you in achieving your health and nutritional goals once and for all.
Our unique approach to making nutritional changes as easy as possible by making the changes to your dietary lifestyle in phases and by supporting your with coaching as you come up to the roadblocks that have stopped you in the past will make your lifestyle makeover seem like a breeze. You will be in charge of deciding which of the programs suits you and your health goals and then you can leave it to us.

- 3 or more 1/2 hour follow-up sessions (either by phone or in person) to answer any questions and to give coaching support as you by-pass your previous roadblocks to health, and weightloss.
