Changing Your Genes is it as Easy as Changing Your Jeans?

Have you been told its incurable or terminal? Are you sure that's the truth? What if you could heal anything, simply by changing your mind?

For years I have researched into the field of health, healing and physics and there is good reason for this having healed myself from M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis) and my mother is able to heal herself from her cancers when she sets her mind to it as well. These kinds of events got me thinking, and delving into the many cases of spontaneous healing all over the world, in cases where the illness or disease was said to be incurable and/or terminal.

If it is possible for myself, my mum and other to do it, these questions would have to be asked:

Why is it possible for some people to heal these 'incurable' and 'terminal' diseases?

How is it possible for some people to heal these so-called incurable or terminal diseases?

...and If they can do it what can't all people do it?

My search has taken me into the world of biology, lifestyle and new research that is now making the answers to these questions clearer, although there is still a way to go. The doctors, researchers and biologists that are most influencing my research at the moment are notable for finding some of the answers that most resonate with me as true. What they are finding out will blow your mind!

Dr Bruce Lipton is at the top of my list; his work in the field of biology is amazing. Dr Lipton was for year a cellular biologist and university lecturer and his work on cloned stem cells, begun over 40 years ago, changed his learned perceptions of how cells work, what actually controls the cell and what influences the cell to change or to mutate. As he furthered his research into the cellular membrane and it's receptors (the outer shell or wall that holds everything in the cell, a bit like our skin), he was led to an awareness that would radically change his life and that of many around the world.

He realises that the 'brain' of the cell was not the nucleus as all of us have been taught at school, as his petrie dishes full of de-nucleated cells swam happily about finding food and avoiding danger without pause even though they now had what the text books would tell you amounted to no brain, and everyone knows that you cannot live without a brain. After a great deal more research, Dr Lipton realised that the cell brain was actually the outer membrane, it was this highly sophisticated covering full of receptors (just like our brain) that organised the entire cell in every way, whether they had a nucleus or not. The only thing a denucleated cell could not do was reproduce, suggesting that this is in fact the reproductive organ.

 Dr Lipton explains:

“Enucleated cells die, not because they have lost their brain but because they have lost their reproductive capabilities. Without the ability to reproduct their parts, enucleated cells cannot replicate failed protein building blocks, nor replicated themselves. So the nucleus is not the brain of the cell – the nucleus is the cell's goand! Confusing the gonad with the brain is an understandable error because science has always been and still is a patriarchal endeavour.
Males have often been accused of thinking with their gonads, so it's not entirely surprising
that science has inadvertently confused the nucleus with the cell's brain!”
(Dr B. Lipton, Biology of Belief, 2005)

What does this mean for all that genetic material DNA geneswithin the nucleus, the DNA? It means that the DNA is like files stored on a computer hard drive waiting to be read when a need arises. Do you need some new skin cells, go find the file that is your DNA code for skin cells and Oila! New skin cells are grown. What about some new white blood cells, down to the file written for your white blood cells and a message is transferred to your bone marrow, whereby it gets busy creating new white blood cells.

I don't know if you realise what this now means for you and the whole human race!!!

It means that if DNA is just a file used to refer to when replicating your cells, files can be changed, very simply by writing some new information into them. This is Dr Liptons message to us, change your beliefs about health, life and you and you can change your genes. Now, just because there is a family history of cancer or heart disease, you don't have to succumb, you can change your biology and that of your children by teaching them these facts. I fully recommend getting his book and reading it, it just might save your life or that of someone you love.

Now we're starting to get some answers to some of those questions we posed earlier.

Next we have, Dr Dean Ornish who is president and founder of the Preventative Medicine Research Institute in Sausalito, California, as well as Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of California, San Fancisco. He is widley known for his lifestyle driven approach to the control of Coronary Heart Disease (CAD), and he and his colleagues have shown that a lifestyle driven approach could not only stop the progression of CAD, but could actually reverse it.

His research into CAD adds another facet to the research of Dr Lipton, and Dr Ornish has not only written several books on his findings but also published his findings in many peer revued medical publications. Dr Ornish called his program the Lifestyle Modification Program and it includes a full spectrum of  lifestyle changes including: dietary, exercise and stress reduction techniques including meditation.

Michael Talbot's book “The Holographic Universe,” also documents the amazing research into quantum physics and the way our universe is structured, and this reality affects us and our healing. Quoting from scientists like Bohm, Pibram and other doctors and researchers into the physical realities of our universe he gives us even more insight into why and how our bodies can heal, and reveals why there is no such thing as incurable or terminal.

Now what are you going to do with this knowledge, will you turn away and pretend that there is nothing you can do, or will you make a change to your life and lifestyle and that of your children's, find out  more about this subject by researching the works of the people I have named and then do some more on your own. There is always an answer, I have proved it in recovering from an 'incurable' disease and if I can do it, anyone can.
